Only at New Music School are students involved with the leading arts organizations throughout the city participating in fun and engaging classes.  Known as the Creative Edge classes, students meet quarterly to work with artists from the Joffrey Ballet, Lyric Opera, Goodman Theatre, and the International Contemporary Ensemble to explore how the arts relate to music. The thrill ride classes are led by master teachers.

From composing to improvising, dancing to singing, designing to drawing, New Music School students and friends of NMS join together to learn how the very skills necessary to be masters of different genres of art and performance, are essential to developing into a complete musician.

If you are interested in having your child join our Creative Edge class, please fill out the More Info Form or contact New Music School at 312 612 1969. The class is open to all children from all musical backgrounds. Class fee is $25 for each child.
